Shipping Policy What you're buying: A year-long greeting card subscription. You pay once in October. We ship your cards in 12 monthly mailings starting in January (We ship in mid-December so your first shipment reaches you before January 1.) You will receive three cards per month. Where we ship: Continental United States only (no Alaska [AK] or Hawaii [HI]). When it ships: Cards go out a week in advance so you receive them on or around the first of every month. Refund & Cancellation Policy Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription before mid-December, right before we package and ship your first set of cards for the new year. Mid-Year: Because this is an annual pre-paid collection, subscriptions cannot be paused or refunded once those mid-December shipments go out.
