Last updated: September 25, 2026 Miriam's Joy, LLC ("we," "us") operates miriamsjoy.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it. Information we collect When you sign up for a free card or join the waitlist, we collect your email address. When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. Your payment card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and are never received or stored by us. When you send a subscription as a gift, we collect the recipient's name, mailing address, and any note you include. By providing someone else's details, you confirm you have their permission to share them with us for delivery. When you visit the site, standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view is collected by our hosting provider and by the Meta Pixel (see Cookies and tracking below). How we use your information - To process your order and deliver your cards and gifts. - To send emails about your order, such as a reminder to add gift addresses. - To send the free card and updates you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of these emails. - To understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. - To protect the site from spam and abuse. Who we share it with We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do so: - Stripe: payment processing and order records, including gift details. - MailerLite: email sign-ups and updates. - Resend: order-related emails. - Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram): the Meta Pixel, used to measure and improve our ads. - Vercel: website hosting. - Postal carriers: delivering your cards. We may also disclose information when required by law. Cookies and tracking The Meta Pixel uses cookies to record page visits and sign-ups so we can measure how our ads perform. We do not send your email address to Meta. You can limit this tracking through your Meta ad settings, your browser's cookie settings, or an ad blocker. When you submit a sign-up form, the site sets a short-lived security cookie that expires after 60 seconds. It helps prevent spam and contains no personal information. Do Not Track: our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. How we protect your information - The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. - Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment processor. We never see your full card number. - Access to order information is limited to the business owner and the people who help run the site. - We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill your order and meet tax and accounting requirements. Your choices You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can also ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing miriam@miriamsjoy.com. Some order records must be kept for tax and accounting purposes. Children This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
